Returns & Exchanges

At Fitberry Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and have original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
